Dustless Living is owner-managed. I handle quoting,
scheduling, care notes, and quality standards, and every
visit follows the same checklist. You’ll know who’s coming
and what to expect before your appointment.
No. We clean homes in every condition. Our job is to make
your space feel better, never to judge.
That’s perfectly fine. We can work with a lockbox,
concierge, or simple entry instructions. We review your
notes before we arrive and send a recap when we’re done.
Most recurring homes land between $140 and $190. Deep cleans
range from $220 to $320 depending on size and add-ons such
as steam, appliance care, or specialty requests. Once we see
your SmartQuote details with rooms, photos, and timing, we
email a firm estimate before we book.
Cleaning supplies, microfiber system, and steam equipment
are always included. For most visits, we use your vacuum and
mop to keep things consistent for your floors and to avoid
cross-home equipment issues. If you don’t have them, let us
know — we can bring an option when needed.
We use yours to keep allergens and debris from traveling
between homes and to match the tools your floors are used
to. If you don’t have one or prefer we bring ours, just tell
us.
We can bring our own when needed, but defaulting to client
equipment keeps hygiene tight and protects your flooring. If
you’d rather we bring ours, we’re happy to.
Yes. We use controlled, professional steam on approved
surfaces, test a small area when needed, and adjust the
approach for wood, stone, and delicate finishes.
Yes. Recurring schedules are welcome for offices, studios,
and rentals.
We may require a small deposit to reserve your time.
Deposits apply to your final invoice. Reschedule/cancel with
48 hours’ notice: full deposit refund. Less than 48 hours:
deposit is kept to cover reserved time.
We regularly service Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek, and
nearby towns. If you’re farther out, mention it in your
quote form and we’ll let you know if a small travel fee
applies.
